  • A ground-up intake runners and
    plenum design
  • Intake delivers superior distribution to cylinders
  • Clean, clutter-free design
  • Patent-pending streamlined water neck housing minimizes leak potentials with superior clamping on the thermostat assembly and a recessed well accumulates any seepage that may occur and prevents unsightly stains.
Demon 2-Barrel Carburetors
  • 250 cfm units with side hung float bowl assemblies
  • Center carburetor serving as the primary carburetor, equipped with an electric choke.
  • Outboard carburetors use a progressive throttle linkage connected to the center carburetor.
Also includes:
  • Attractive billet aluminum/stainless steel fuel log feeds the carburetors from a forward mounted fuel source. Uses banjo fittings with double O-rings and the connecting tube is a tight compression fit over the O-ring seals.
  • Aluminum Rush Performance Filters air filter assembly complete with a 3-inch tall Rush cleanable/reusable filter
The Sixshooter package performs as well!
On a GM Performance Parts crate engine, the Triple D Sixshooter™ intake with Demon Sixshooter™ carbs outperformed the popular Edelbrock® Air-Gap™ intake equipped with a Speed Demon™ 650 twin-squirter.

Sixshooter package: 383 HP @ 5700 rpm, 402.9 lb-ft torque @ 4200 rpm

Air-Gap/Speed Demon 650: 370 HP @ 5800 rpm, 390.2 lb-ft torque @ 4400 rpm.

That’s +13 HP and +12 lb-ft torque over the Air-Gap/Speed Demon 650 combination.

A NOSTALGIC AND POWERFUL THREE-DEUCE CARBURETOR SYSTEM WITH SURPRISINGLY GOOD FUEL ECONOMY

  • Barry Grant’s latest SixShooter is dedicated to the Chevy Big-block. It suits both configurations: oval and rectangular port

  • This new SixShooter comprises three Demon 250- cfm two-barrel carburetors with associated throttle linkage, fuel inlets, and electric choke on the center carburetor; an elegant Triple-D intake manifold with a neat-looking water neck housing; and a distinctive Rush air cleaner arrangement.

  • Because of favorable positioning of the intake runners, the Big-block SixShooter provides an evenly distributed and finely atomized charge of fuel to the cylinders.

  • The new Triple-D dual-plane intake manifold achieves maximum torque while the significant airflow of the three Demon carburetors promote maximum horsepower.

  • On dynamometer tests, the SixShooter delivered 494 HP and 540 lb/ft torque compared with the Speed Demon 850, which produced 455 HP and 518 lb/ft torque.

  • It’s also easy to adjust—just three screws—two for idle-mixture and one for idle-speed. And, since the SixShooter cruises on its center carburetor, which is equipped with progressive throttle linkage, it is surprisingly fuel-efficient.

  • Beautifully crafted, nostalgic in appearance, and provided as a complete package for easy installation, the collective strengths of the new SixShooter greatly enhance the potential of the Chevy Big-block.

Topped with an attractive Rush air cleaner
assembly, the Six-Shooter has the looks, the
power, and the economy that the aspiring
Big-block hot rodder desires.
